Crucial Technology Earns High Marks From Online Shoppers; Survey Results Show Online Memory Upgrade Provider's E-commerce Service Better Than Other Organizations.

Crucial Technology, a division of Micron and one of the world's largest direct memory upgrade providers, announced survey results today that show 95 percent of its customers consider Crucial's service better than other e-commerce organizations, with a majority giving the company an enthusiastic "much better" rating.

The feedback comes from a series of online surveys conducted through the eResearch and the eFeedback firm, Zoomerang.com. The Zoomerang survey was supplied to more than 19,000 customers who purchased computer memory upgrades or flash cards from Crucial's US or European business within the past year. Customers were asked to rate Crucial on the following attributes: high quality, reasonable prices, responsiveness, courteousness cour·te·ous
