The Crowne Plaza North Dallas/Addison is one of 139 properties selected from the company's more than 2,700 hotels in recognition of overall quality excellence. The Quality Excellence award, which is given only to hotels achieving distinction in all aspects of their operations, is based on hotel's high score in the Guest Satisfaction Tracking System, designed for guests to evaluate Crowne Plaza hotels and their performance.
