Crowley Chooses Redline's WiMAX Products for Broadband Network in Poland.


KRAKOW, Poland -- Crowley Data to launch Poland's first WiMAX services in March using RedMAX, the world's first complete WiMAX Forum Certified(TM) system

Crowley, Poland's fastest-growing telecommunications services provider, has initiated deployment of Redline's RedMAX products for a city-wide WiMAX wireless broadband High-speed wireless transmission of data. What is "high" speed is always a changing number. Wireless systems are typically slower than land-based, wireline networks. In the past, wireless broadband started at 250 Kbps, whereas land-based broadband was generally considered to start at T1  network in Krakow, Poland. Crowley will begin offering its new WiMAX services to business customers in the region starting in March 2006. The Company plans to expand its WiMAX network deployment to other markets in Poland in the coming months.
