Crowflight Stakes Additional Ground Adjacent To Its Peter's Roost Project In The North Range Of The Sudbury Basin.

TORONTO -- CROWFLIGHT MINERALS INC. (Crowflight, the Company) (TSX VENTURE:CML) is pleased to announce that it has acquired 32 mining units in the Sudbury Mining District, approximately 45 kilometres northwest of the Sudbury City Center, commonly known as the 'North Range' of the Sudbury Basin. The claims were staked to cover recently identified exploration targets in the Peter's Roost Project area located in Hess and Tyrone Townships which are interpreted to be prospective indicators for the presence of Offset Style nickel-copper and platinum group element mineralization.

Crowflight's Manager of Exploration, Greg Collins who manages the Company's Sudbury project portfolio stated: "Work completed by Terrageos for Crowflight on various features in the North Range of the Sudbury Basin has greatly complemented our proprietary geophysical data set over the Peter's Roost Project Area. This work has enhanced our confidence that geophysical targets identified by the 2004 MegaTEM II survey on Crowflight's property coincide with structural lineaments similar to nearby Sudbury nickel-copper and platinum group element bearing Offset Dykes. The coincidence of these lineaments with geophysical targets having response characteristics typical of massive sulphide is very encouraging and for that reason we have ensured that we enhance our land position to cover these targets."

In 2004 Crowflight contracted Fugro Airborne Surveys to cover the Peter's Roost Project area with a MegaTEM II airborne geophysical survey. The survey identified several prospective targets (see press release January 26, 2005) having electromagnetic response characteristics and coincident magnetic features typical of massive sulphide lenses. In 2005, Crowflight contracted the services of Terrageos Remote Sensing to undertake a comprehensive review of lineament features in the North Range Footwall utilizing data obtained from the multi-spectral ASTER satellite system. Planning of future exploration activities in the area are currently underway.

Crowflight Minerals Inc. maintains a 100% interest in 72 claims totaling 916 exploration units (approximately 146 square kilometres) in the Townships of Hess, Leinster, Tyrone, Botha, Roberts, Kitchener, Creelman, and Hutton, Sudbury Mining District, Ontario. These properties constitute Crowflight's current land holdings in the Peter's Roost Project area. The Peter's Roost Project was acquired by Crowflight in 2004 via a major staking program to secure property in the North Range of the Sudbury Basin covering 2 projected concentric Offset Dykes. Crowflight is in the process of consolidating its property position and has completed sufficient assessment work to keep all property with identified targets in good standing until 2008. Crowflight recently allowed 14 mining claims in Hutton Township to lapse as part of its property consolidation activities in the area.
