Crowflight Receives NI 43-101 Report Confirming 88 Million Tonnes at 0.63% Nickel in Inferred Resource at Bowden Lake, Adjacent to the Bucko Deposit.

TORONTO -- CROWFLIGHT MINERALS INC. (TSX VENTURE:CML) is pleased to announce Mineral Resources for two separate mineralized zones on the Bowden Lake Property, adjacent the Bucko Deposit. The Company has received a technical report for the Exploration Claims, surrounding the Bucko Deposit, titled 43-101 Technical Evaluation Report of the Bowden Lake, Halfway Lake and Resting Lake Properties, northern Manitoba, dated January 4, 2005, from Alain-Jean Beauregard (P. Geo.) and Daniel Gaudreault (P. Eng.), both of GEOLOGICA Groupe-Conseil, independent Qualified Persons under NI 43-101 standards (refer to the appended map locating the properties).

The Bowden Lake Property contains two in-situ Mineral Resources - the Bowden Lake and M11A mineralized zones. Both zones show sufficient internal continuity of potentially economic Nickel grades, as detailed by the historical drilling that they can be included in the Inferred Resources category following the guidelines of NI 43-101. Crowflight has an option to earn a 100% interest in the Bucko Deposit near Thompson, Manitoba and a 50% interest in the adjacent Bowden Lake and M11A Deposits from Falconbridge Limited ("Falconbridge").

GEOLOGICA recommends that extensive assaying for PGE's be conducted on drill core rejects in and near the known Nickel zones, as well as all future drilling at Bowden Lake, M11A, Halfway Lake and Resting Lake. In addition, ground geophysics (such as deep electromagnetic surveys) should be done to locate Nickel-bearing massive sulphides. Exploration and definition drilling should be initiated on the best targets, and especially at the Bowden Lake Deposit (5,000 metres) and on the M11A target (4,000 metres) to define higher grade Nickel, Copper and PGE's lenses. Crowflight and Falconbridge have already initiated a drilling program in the area and completed a deep probing UTEM geophysical survey, which is being currently analyzed by our technical team for potential targets.

A similar scenario to host higher grade Nickel resources could exist for Bowden Lake and M11A. The addition of almost one billion pounds of Nickel inventory in the ground at one of the largest Nickel Camps in the World, of which Crowflight has an option on 50%, is significant, especially since it is adjacent to the Bucko Deposit."
