CROWFLIGHT MINERALS INC. (TSX Venture Exchange TSX Venture Exchange

Originally called the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX), this was a result of the merger of the Vancouver and Alberta stock exchanges. The goal of TSX Venture Exchange is to provide venture companies with effective access to capital while protecting investors.
:CML) announces that its joint venture partner Falconbridge Limited ("Falconbridge") has delivered preliminary results of the airborne MegaTEM geophysical survey Geophysical survey refers to the systematic collection of geophysical data for spatial studies. Geophysical surveys may use a great variety of sensing instruments, and data may be collected from above or below the Earth's surface or from aerial or marine platforms.  flown over the entire Crowflight - Falconbridge 190 km2 land package in the Thompson Nickel Belt

Nickel sulphides, similar to those at Inco's mines along the same belt. In addition, Falconbridge began drilling at the Bowden Deposit.

Inco, one of the World's largest Nickel companies, currently operates the Thompson and Birchtree mines with annual production of more than 100 million pounds of Nickel and has existing reserves of 34 million tonnes grading 2.19% Nickel and 0.15% Copper. The Thompson Nickel Belt has already yielded an estimated 4.5 billion pounds of Nickel.

Highlights from the MegaTEM survey include:

- Linear and folded magnetic signatures extending for several kilometers in a north-northeast direction. The magnetic trends occur in areas known for rocks belonging to the Pipe Formation, which also hosts Inco's Thompson and Birchtree Nickel deposits. The survey shows more extensive magnetic trends similar to the magnetic signature of the Pipe Formation than previously recognized, increasing the potential for Thompson/Birchtree-style mineralization Mineralization

- There are several discrete magnetic features, similar to those found over the Bowden and Bucko Deposits, consistent with ultramafic ul·tra·maf·ic

units. These features appear in association with the magnetic linears, consistent with Thompson/Birchtree-style signatures.

- A number of new Electromagnetic (EM) anomalies overlap segments of magnetic linears and discrete magnetic features suggesting sulphide development.

A total of 25 new claims covering 5,700 hectares or 57 km2 (termed the Gonlin Property) were staked on ground to the southeast of, and contiguous to, the Bucko Deposit and Bowden Lake property, following the preliminary results from the MegaTEM survey.

"The Bucko-Bowden segment of the Thompson Nickel Belt has not been explored using new geophysical technologies, such as MegaTEM", stated Robin Adair, Exploration Manager, Nickel (North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. ), for Noranda/Falconbridge. "The MegaTEM survey outlined new and significant anomalies that at this early stage indicate a potential for Thompson/Birchtree-style sulphides. The plan is to follow up with ground geophysics and diamond drilling Diamond Drilling is a highly specialized industry used for mineral exploration around the world. Most commonly using wireline and core bits with diamond encrusted matrix. To drill holes to max depths of twelve thousand feet, for the recovery of core used in verifying mineral ."

The entire property package under option by Crowflight now covers 250 km2 of prime Mining Leases and Claims located in the Wabowden segment of the Thompson Nickel Belt. Falconbridge spent more than C$15 million on these claims since the 1960's and intersected several Nickel-rich zones.

DRILLING BEGINS AT BOWDEN DEPOSIT

Diamond drilling at the Bowden Deposit, which began on November 3, 2004, will provide core for geotechnical and metallurgical test work. The one drill hole planned at this time is expected to be completed in 4 to 6 weeks, and it should intersect the central portion of the deposit. Drill hole statistics are:
Drill hole Coordinates Azimuth/Dip Proposed Target
Number Length Area

BD-04-01 523355 E / 115 degrees / 850 meters 650 meters
               6086981 N 55 degrees

Depending on the success of BD-04-01, there are provisions to add extra drill holes into the deposit. However, the main surface drill programs at the Bowden Deposit and the M11A Target, designed to explore for new higher grade resources, will begin early in 2005. Crowflight is also planning a similar series of geotechnical and metallurgical drill holes at the Bucko Deposit in the coming weeks. The Company will release information on the drilling as it becomes available.
