.) has completed two short diamond drill holes to test one of the TEM anomalies discovered during the winter geophysical program conducted over the wetlands and the lake to the North East of previous operations.

The anomaly is the shallowest detected and appears to be dipping steeply to the North.

Diamond Drill Hole DDH 08 drilled of the ice reached a total depth of 91.5 metres (300 feet) and cut the quartz-diorite dyke from bedrock to 71 metres. Within the dyke, a 12.5 metre section of sulphides containing highly anomalous values of nickel, copper, and PGMs was intersected. The hole showed that the Worthington Dyke is dipping 80 degrees North in this area, instead of to the South as expected.

As the result of this information from DDH 08, a second hole, DDH 09 was drilled from the same setup at a steeper angle and was completed at 130 metres (426 feet) Monday March 05, 2001. This hole collared in quartz-diorite, intersecting disseminated sulphides and amphibolite amphibolite

inclusions to the end of the quartz-diorite at 123 metres (403 feet). The sulphide content increased with depth. The core is currently being cut and will be sent for assay immediately. The Company plans a down hole Pulse EM survey on Hole 09 and anticipates that a large drill will be utilized on the shore to follow the mineralization Mineralization
