Diamond Drill Hole CML AK-01 scheduled to drill to 1700 metres at -75( flattened out to -66( several hundred metres down.

Due to blocky ground conditions, the Company decided not to wedge, but to let the hole run to intersect the Worthington Offset Dyke at an elevation point well above the projected target depth in order to obtain information as to the dyke's vertical geometry in this area. The dyke was intersected at 429.5 metres to 502.4 metres. Three facies of dyke have been recognized, and sulphide mineralization Mineralization

visually estimated between 1-5% has been observed. A pebbly dyke phase of 20 metres with local sections estimated up to 5% sulphide content has been intersected, with a further 17 metre section carrying visible chalcopyrite in veinlets. The hole was taken through the dyke to the footwall side, and stopped at 612 metres.

It now appears that the drill was set up too close to the dyke, or that the dyke is dipping at a shallower angle than anticipated. Diamond Drill Hole CML AK-02 will be will be drilled at -85( from the footwall side of the dyke, located approximately 100 metres west of the dyke to parallel the dyke to the top of the prospective target area. The hole will be wedged towards the dyke at about 750 to 800 metres to the top of the target horizon. By drilling a steeper hole on the footwall side of the dyke, the Pulse EM survey will be able to cover a greater horizontal radius of the footwall rock geology.
