A graduate of Laurentian University in Engineering and Mining, Mr. Keller has held a number of operations, engineering and senior management leadership positions throughout his 22 year career with large mining organizations including Rio Algom, Homestake, Barrick and Teck-Cominco. Most recently he was Manager, Underground Operations for the Williams Mine, Hemlo, managing mine and maintenance activities for the 5,500 tonne per day underground gold operation. He has recognized successes in operations management, process improvement, strategic planning, team building and loss prevention.
