Crowe Horwath and Grobstein, Horwath & Co. announce transaction.


OAK BROOK, Ill.--Crowe Horwath LLP signed an agreement to acquire certain assets of California-based Grobstein, Horwath & Co. LLP. Crowe Horwath LLP is one of the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the U.S.
