Vangard Will Resell Crossroads' New 4x50 Line of Fibre

), the leading developer and manufacturer of Fibre Channel storage routers, today announced that it is partnering with Vangard Technology Inc., a leading data management and systems integration solutions company.

Under this agreement, Vangard will resell Crossroads' entire line of Fibre Channel storage routers, which helps maximize the true flexibility and bandwidth a Fibre Channel SAN can provide.

Under this partnership agreement, Vangard will resell Crossroads' entire line of Fibre Channel-SCSI storage routers, including the recently released 4x50 series. This third generation of storage routers, which includes the 4150, 4250 and 4450 models, provides features such as support for Third Party Copy, FCP-2 (second generation Fibre Channel Protocol), FC_Tape and low voltage differential (hardware) Low Voltage Differential - (LVD) A method of driving SCSI cables that will be formalised in the SCSI-3 specifications.
