Crossroads Consulting Group Reorganizes and Launches New Branding Campaign, Changes Name to CCG.

Crossroads Consulting Group, LLC has reorganized its management structure and is rebranding itself as CCG to reflect its focus on web-based solutions, support and staff augmentation. The changes are effective immediately.

"The need to define who we are in both the professional services and Internet solutions markets is what has driven this change," said Mark R. Munson, CCG's President and CEO. "This gives us the opportunity to focus on specific areas of expertise and deliver to our customers a higher level of service than what we've been able to accomplish in the past."

CCG delivers a full range of e-business solution and support services in addition to IT staff augmentation. CCG clients include: McKinsey & Company, building a corporate intranet application to streamline their purchase and requisition process; Southern Company, where the scope of work includes design, programming and hosting services; and Powertel, for which CCG performed a systems wide network re-design and implementation, as well as enriching the functionality of their website.

As part of the reorganization, CCG has combined the offices of President and CEO, which is the position currently held by Munson. "Again, this was really a matter of needing to more precisely focus on what it is we're doing. We now have the right people in the right places to allow us to be much more efficient in our operations. For the customer, that translates into faster response times and lower costs. We are able to do more and at the same time do it better."

Central to its rebranding campaign, CCG has launched a new web site at www.ccg.com. The new site, developed in partnership with Wages Design, provides a high level of interactivity and information on all of CCG's range of services. "This gives us a good starting place," Munson said. "The new look of the web site echoes the new look of CCG. We're bright. We're different. We're fun. Yet, we're also professional. We'll be doing a lot more through the web site over the remainder of the year and all of it will be just as dynamic as what you see now. The site really is a reflection of who we are."
