Crossroads Biz Center wins Good Neighbor Award.

Crossroads Business Center in Bedminster, New Jersey, has been named a winner of the 1993 New Good Neighbor Award by the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA), announced Somerset County Freeholder-Christopher S. Bateman, who nominated Crossroads for the award. SJP Properties is the owner, developer and manager of the I35,000-square-foot, two-building complex which was completed in 1992.

The New Good Neighbor Award is presented to members of the corporate community who bring about an improved business climate in New Jersey. Bateman cited the property's positive contributions to employment and the surrounding community, and the commitment of SJP Properties, which "extends beyond the Crossroads property to Bedminster Township...[and] the larger Somerset County community as well."

SJP Properties employed approximately 150 construction workers during Crossroads' development. Today, the property is almost completely occupied, serving as the workplace for more than 350 individuals, with a prominent list of tenants contributing to the growing awareness of the region as a prime place to work and live. They include the Headquarters of AT&T Employees Federal Credit Union, the first New Jersey office of McKinsey & Co., the Regional Headquarters of McDonald's Corporation, the Headquarters of Blessings Corporation, the Regional Headquarters of Northwestern National Life Insurance Company's Employee Benefits Division, the regional offices of Howard Systems International and the regional sales office of Greyhound Financial Services.
