New Connectors Enable Integration of Legacy Systems and

New Releases of SAP and IBM's MQSeries;

Links with RosettaNet and E-Mail Applications

CrossWorlds(R) Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: CWLD), an e-business integration platform provider, announced today the release of several new and updated CrossWorlds Connectors. The Connectors provide packaged application connectivity and work with the CrossWorlds Interchange An interchange is a location where two things meet, usually perform some kind of exchange, and possibly go on their ways again. It is most commonly used in four contexts:

With these Connector releases, CrossWorlds continues to provide integration solutions for the latest versions of leading CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization. , ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) An integrated information system that serves all departments within an enterprise. Evolving out of the manufacturing industry, ERP implies the use of packaged software rather than proprietary software written by or for one customer.  and messaging applications. Products being made available with this release are a RosettaNet Connector; Connectors for IBM's MQSeries Integrator Extensions to IBM's MQSeries from New Era of Networks, Inc., acquired by Sybase in 2001. As the predecessor to e-Biz Integrator, also developed by New Era of Networks, it adds routing and formatting to IBM's messaging transport system.  v.2 and MQSeries; a fully Java-based SAP Connector Architecture; and an E-mail Connector.

The new releases are:
-- RosettaNet Connector: As a new component of CrossWorlds' RosettaNet solution
suite, implements standards to ease integration for communicating or trading
over the Internet. The solution suite supports many Partner Interface Processes
(PIPs) including query price and availability and transfer shopping cart
processes.

-- IBM MQSeries Integrator v.2 Connector: Exclusively uses XML message formats
to communicate with MQSI v.2. Enables companies to leverage their existing
legacy system investments.

-- IBM MQSeries Connector: A newly architected Java-based Connector, allows
integration with systems that communicate using MQSeries messaging. Allows
companies to tap into investments already made in legacy integration.

-- SAP Connector Architecture: A fully Java-based modular architecture to
facilitate integration with SAP products. Supports multiple integration options
with SAP through a flexible connector architecture and toolset.

-- E-Mail Connector: Allows integration inside and outside the firewall through
e-mail for a cost-effective and easily implemented trading partner integration
solution.
