A Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with extensive experience in database design and modeling using ERWin/ERX, and database implementation using Microsoft's SQL*Server and Access.

Moran is also recognized worldwide for his expertise in systems architecture. He serves as the President of the Capital Area SQL*Server User's Group and is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and a SQL*Server MVP.
