CrossTec Corporation, North American distributors of the award-winning NetOp line of remote support and training products, is now offering training classes at their Florida headquarters. The in-depth, hands-on, instructor-lead courses will be held in CrossTec's new state-of-the-art training center located in Boca Raton. These courses will help both new and experienced NetOp users quickly come up-to-speed and learn the best methods for installing, configuring, and managing NetOp PCs on their network.

Robert L. Rounsavall, MCSE, CCNA and IBM Server Expert, is the head trainer for CrossTec Corporation. He has more than 6 years of military and civilian experience in the technology field and has worked for telecommunications companies designing Frame Relay Wide Area Networks as well as for IBM's Latin American PC Helpcenter, training IBM Server technicians in advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills. Robert is also a Cryptologic Mission Manager and ISSO (Information Systems Security Officer) in the Navy Reserves, and serves as a liaison between reserve units and various federal agencies including the National Security Agency and the United States Coast Guard Maritime Intelligence Center.
