.) announced today that it has secured Cdn $8 million in financing.

This financing will provide the company with the flexibility to pursue its strategic goals as it meets customer needs and develops best-of-breed software products.

The financing will be provided by Dr. Terence Matthews, the Chairman of CrossKeys Board of Directors, under a credit facility to be drawn down as required by the company. CrossKeys has authorized a total credit facility of up to Cdn $16 million and will offer other shareholders of the company the remaining Cdn $8 million on the same terms and conditions.

The credit facility has the following terms: interest rate is 12 per cent per annum Per annum

Notes:
