Major US Service Provider Deploying CrossKeys Software as Part of

Multi-Year, Multi-Million Dollar Agreement

CrossKeys Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: CKEY; TSE: CKY), a leading supplier of software for telecommunication service providers, today announced that through its channel, Newbridge Networks, CrossKeys has realized its largest sale to date of CrossKeys software, including CrossKeys Resolve(R) software and associated support. The sale is worth more than US $5 million over five years.

CrossKeys is providing the software, including CrossKeys Resolve Ni, necessary for this significant customer to manage the operations of its growing networks. CrossKeys Resolve Ni software recognizes that the key to a service provider's success is effective management and control of the network. Managing network performance is a core requirement for ensuring quality of service (QoS).
