CrossKeys Systems Corporation (Nasdaq:CKEY) (TSE:CKY) today announced that Steve Spooner, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving CrossKeys at the end of February. Mr. Spooner will be assuming a senior position with a new entrant service provider based in Canada.
