A column in the Vatican missionary news agency Fides recently criticized the "incomprehensible mania" of TV stars and models for diamond-encrusted crucifixes as fashion accessories Fashion accessories are items apart from the garment itself, which complement the whole outfit. Fashion accessories include jewelry, gloves, handbags, hats, or scarves. . "Jennifer Aniston ... wears a cross of platinum and diamonds," notes the column.
