D SCAN Authenticator CF Debuts at the Biometrics 2007 Exhibition in London

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. & JENA, Germany -- Cross Match Technologies, Inc., a global provider of biometric identity solutions, will display the newest addition to its award-winning line of document readers, the D SCAN[R] Authenticator CF, during the Biometrics 2007 Exhibition in Westminster, London beginning October 18, 2007.

The Authenticator CF, a compact, high-resolution document reader, was designed with a large optical scanning area enabling high-speed data capture from RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) A data collection technology that uses electronic tags for storing data. The tag, also known as an "electronic label," "transponder" or "code plate," is made up of an RFID chip attached to an antenna.  memory chips used in e-passports and ID cards. Noted for being one of the fastest document readers in the market, the Authenticator CF automatically completes a full-page scan in just two seconds making it ideal for rapid document review and validation in high-volume environments such as seaports and airports.
