Dr. Patrick J. Donnelly is appointed as senior vice president of CropLife America, Washington, D.C. Donnelly previously served as global leader of government and public affairs for Dow AgroSciences since 2000. From 1997 to 2000, he was global manager for chlorpyrifos issues. Before joining Dow AgroSciences, he was employed by Ciba and then Novartis as director of federal government relations. He has also served on the staff of the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry.
