Evans, 29, will perform at The Tropicana in The Tiffany Showroom as a "Preview" to what is to come in the year 2000 on December 15-18 at The Tropicana. Evans has gone from the lounge circuit to showrooms in just 1 year, debuting at The Desert Inn last September. This will make Brian Evans the only crooner of the standards performing in a showroom in 2000 in a city once roamed by all the great crooners of the past. "It is amazing to me that a city that was put on the map because of this great music is now a city you would need a map to find," says Evans from his Las Vegas home. Evans released "Live at The Desert Inn" in September, "Christmas Stories...Christmas Songs" with Peter Billingsley (star of "A Christmas Story") this week, and in January travels to Cannes, France to attend the Midem conference the month of his forthcoming release "Brian Evans - Crooner."
