Crooner Records Inc. Announces Vegas Star Headed for Haverhill to Shoot Music Video.

LAS VEGAS--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--March 27, 2001

Crooner Brian Evans, a native of Haverhill, Mass., will film a portion of a music video now being produced for Bravo & VH1 in his hometown from April 17-25.

The video, in support of the single "YOU," off his new CD, will be shot in 35mm film at an undisclosed location.

"Brian's reason for shooting a portion of his first video for national broadcast is clearly a personal, full circle one," said attorney Ira Levin.

Evans has also been confirmed to appear in his hometown's local 4th of July festivities this year. Evans intends to perform with his 10-piece band at The Haverhill Stadium while in the area for other concerts.

The native signed this week with Sin-Drome Records, a Ryko distributed company affiliated with Warner/Elektra/Atlantic records (WEA).

Evans has kept in the public eye in Boston, with performances of "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the famed Fenway Park, and has performed at both South Shore Music Theatre and North Shore Music Theatres, opening for singer Dionne Warwick and Franki Valli in the past.

He has also appeared on "Matty In The Morning," on Boston's KISS FM, and most recently on the WB Morning Show in Boston to promote his new CD. He also presented at The Boston Music Awards.

Last month, he appeared on The Fox News Channel's "Fox & Friends," and recently completed an interview for The TV Guide Channel scheduled to run next week.

His titles are distributed currently throughout Asia, where the singer has received wild success, and in Germany. His self-owned label brought in over $2 million in 2000 alone.

Adding to this, he will release a new book this year entitled "What Was I Thinking?"
