It is largely residential but has some light industry. Roses and fruit are grown there commercially. leased to Aerocrine in early January. In addition, Cronheim facilitated the sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner. of 8,670 s/f at 111 Pavonia Ave in Jersey City to Global Association of Risk Professionals, who originally occupied 4,400 s/f at 100 Pavonia Ave. Cronheim facilitated the sublease of that space as well to Millennium IT Inc.
