Cronheim, Kaempffer establish partnership. (New Jersey).

Robert Cronheim, CEO of the Chatham-based Cronheim Companies, recently announced that his full service brokerage, property management and mortgage companies with a national presence has integrated a 20-year-old family-owned property management company located in Monmouth County into their operations.

Kaempffer Associates management and leasing company is now part of the Cronheim Companies, which have offered management, leasing, and finance and construction management throughout the region since 1897.

According to Cronheim, the marriage has opened a vast array of services for New Jersey businesses and reflects part of targeted growth plans for the family of companies.

As a result, The David Cronheim Company will now serve as exclusive leasing and management agent for the Windsor Industrial Park (Mercer County), a 307,000-SF, 19-building industrial complex comprised of primarily warehouse and distribution space, and Juniper Business Plaza, a 120,000-SF office facility on Route 9 in Freehold.

Chris Kaempffer, newly appointed assistant vice president of the Freehold office, reports that while the Windsor complex is fully leased, opportunities still remain within the 40-acre industrial park. He says that two additional industrial/flex structures are being offered on a build-to-suit basis -- one at 30,000 SF and another at 35,000 SF.
