Cronheim, Kaempffer establish partnership. (New Jersey).


Robert Cronheim, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of the Chatham-based Cronheim Companies, recently announced that his full service brokerage, property management and mortgage companies with a national presence has integrated a 20-year-old family-owned property management company located in Monmouth County into their operations.

Kaempffer Associates management and leasing company is now part of the Cronheim Companies, which have offered management, leasing, and finance and construction management throughout the region since 1897.

Chris Kaempffer, newly appointed assistant vice president of the Freehold office, reports that while the Windsor complex is fully leased, opportunities still remain within the 40-acre industrial park.
