Crompton, Greenwich, CT, announced the formation of a joint venture that will operate an accelerator finishing plant in Danyang, China. Crompton-CNCCC Danyang Chemical Ltd. will supply a variety of accelerators used in rubber manufacturing. Rubber chemicals to be supplied from the plant include Delac S and NS accelerators, Naugex MBT MBT - Mahindra British Telecom (Pune, India)

MBT - Main Bus Transfer
MBT - Manual Bus Transfer
MBT - Marine Band Transceiver
MBT - Masai Barefoot Technology

MBT - Master of Business Taxation
MBT - Matchbox Twenty
MBT - Mechanical Bathythermograph and MBTS MBTS - 2-Mercaptobenzothiazyl Disulfide
MBTS - Missile Bench Test Set
MBTS - Missile Bit Test Set accelerators, Tuex accelerators and others. Crompton owns 85% of the joint venture. China National Chemical Construction Jiangsu holds 10%, and the remaining 5% is owned by other partners.
