Crompton Completes Formation of Joint Venture in Polymer Processing Equipment.

: CK) today announced that the company has completed the formation of a polymer processing equipment joint venture, Davis-Standard LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

 (D-S LLC), with Hamilton Robinson LLC, a private equity firm, based in Stamford, Conn.

D-S LLC, headquartered in Pawcatuck, Conn., combines Crompton's Davis-Standard business and Hamilton Robinson's Black Clawson Converting Machinery Company (BCCM BCCM Belgian Co-Ordinated Collections of Micro-Organisms
BCCM British Columbia Conservatory of Music
BCCM Board for Certified Consulting Meteorologists
BCCM Bombardier Completion Centre Montreal
BCCM Brown County Community Music (Nashville, IN) 
) and has approximate annual revenues of $220 million with Crompton as the majority owner. The joint venture will be classified in Crompton's financials as an equity investment.
