Crompton & Knowles acquires French extrusion equipment business.


STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1995--Crompton & Knowles Corp., announced today the acquisition of the plastics and rubber extrusion business of McNeil Akron Repiquet S.a.r.l.

The transaction includes a manufacturing facility located in Dannemarie, France. The value of the cash transaction was not disclosed.
