By federal court order, AT&T divested itself on January 1, 1984 of its 23 operating companies, which became known as the Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOCs).  of its Refined Products business to Sun Capital Partners Group. Refined Products had 2004 revenues of approximately $265 million. Included in the sale are facilities in Petrolia, PA, and Amsterdam, Koog aan de Zaan Koog aan de Zaan () is a town in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Zaanstad, and lies about 11 km northwest of Amsterdam.  and Haarlem, the Netherlands. The business employs approximately 470 people.
