Phase B
Deionized water                            68.90

PROCEDURE:

Combine ingredients of phase A with mixing and
heat to 75-80[degrees]C. Combine ingredients of
Phase B with mixing and heat to 75-80[degrees]C.
Slowly add phase A to B with mixing while maintaining
75-80[degrees]C. Cool with mixing to 60[degrees]C and
slowly add phase C. Premix phase D to a uniform slurry
and add at 55[degrees]C. Add ingredients of phase E
individually at 50[degrees]C. Add phase F at 45[degrees]C.
Continue mixing and cool to desired fill temperature.

Sulfate-Free Shampoo Gel

INGREDIENTS:                              % WT.

Deionized water                            64.93
Tetrasodium EDTA                            0.30
Tauranol SCMI-85                           12.27
Glycerine                                   2.00
Cocamidopropyl betaine                     20.00
Preservative                                0.50
50% Citric acid solution to Ph           5.5-6.0

PROCEDURE:

Dissolve EDTA in deionized water. Wtih smooth
mechanical agitation, slowly blend Tauranol
SCMI-85 into system. Begin heating to 50-60[degrees]C
and mix until completely dispersed. Blend in
glycerine and cocamidopropyl betaine. Cool system
to 30-35[degrees]C, add preservative and mix until
uniform. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.0 with citric acid
solution as needed.

PROCEDURE:

Mix Hydagen HCMF with water. Solve the
Hydagen HCMF by adding the glycolic acid.
When the solution is clear and homogenous
add Gluadin Soy, Nutrilan Milk and ethanol.
Add the premix of Eumulgin HRE 40 with the
perfume to it and stir until homogenous and
clear. pH: 5.0

PROCEDURE:

Heat phase A and B separately to approximately
80[degrees]C. Add phase A to phase B with stirring.
Homogenize. Cool with gentle stirring to
approximately 40[degrees]C and add phase C.
Homogenize for a short time. Cool with gentle
stirring and add phase D below 30[degrees]C. Adjust
the pH value to 4.0-4.5 with phase E.

IMPORTANT:

If phase A has to be charged into the vessel
first, phase B must be added without stirring.

PROCEDURE:

Add delonized water into a vessel large enough
to provide adequate mixing for entire batch.
Side sweep agitation is recommended.
Sprinkle Carbopol Ultrez 21 Polymer onto the
surface of the deionized water. Allow the
Carbopol Ultrez 21 Polymer to fully wet
(approximately 5 minutes). Mix the batch for
10 minutes. Add AMP-Ultra PC 2000. Mix until
uniform. Slowly add Fixate Superhold Polymer
to the mixing vessel. Mix for approximately 5
minutes, or until uniform. Slowly add AMP-Ultra
PC 2000 to partially neutralize the batch.
Allow the product to mix for approximately 5
minutes, or until uniform. Scrape sides of the
vessel to incorporate all ingredients into the
gel, assuring homogeneity. In a separate mixing
vessel, combine phase B ingredients. Mix
well for 5 minutes, or until uniform. Add phase
B to phase A. Allow the product to mix for
approximately 5 minutes while scraping the
sides of the vessel to fully incorporate all
ingredients. In a separate mixing vessel, combine
phase C ingredients. Add phase C to the
main vessel, mix until uniform. Add the phase
D ingredients in order to the main vessel. Mix
until uniform. Heat BR Forest in original container
to 50*C, mix to ensure homogeneity.
Weigh out appropriate amount add to batch, reheat
as needed. Mix well for 5 minutes, or until
uniform. Neutralize to a final pH of 6.3-6.7
using AMP-Ultra PC 2000. Scrape sides of the
vessel to incorporate all ingredients into the
gel, assuring homogeneity.
