A RUNAWAY bull chases a farmer through the aisles of a supermarket.

Amazingly no-one was injured as the beast went on a rampage.

He ran past Tesco before squeezing through the sliding doors of Cummins Supervalue in Ballinrobe, County Mayo.

 footage was captured after had wandered through to the back of the store past shocked customers and staff.

The bull turned on its hooves and charged the length of the aisle just as its owner came looking for him.

The farmer had to leg it out the same door he had just entered.

Shop owner John Cummins said: "Amazingly, no one came directly in his path or it could have been very bad news. Some of the staff ran after him but they got out of the way again when he turned around to come out - and I wouldn't blame them.

" People were joking afterwards that our beef was fresh and fully traceable." Check out the amazing footage on www.sundaymail.co.uk
