Criticare Systems Announces Immtech International IPO.

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 3, 1999--

CRITICARE SYSTEMS, INC. (NASDAQ-NMS:CXIM) announced today that Immtech International, in which Criticare holds a minority interest, is now publicly trading under the symbol IMMT.

Emil Soika, Criticare CEO, stated, "We are excited for both companies and their respective shareholders. Immtech stock became public on April 27, 1999 at $10 per share and closed at $26-1/4 on April 30. Criticare owns approximately one million shares and has conservatively carried the value of Immtech at zero on its balance sheet."
