CRITICARE SYSTEMS, INC. (NASDAQ-NMS: CXIM). Criticare Systems, Inc. (CSI) today announced it has entered into an exclusive, multi-year agreement with a world market leader in the field of medical imaging. CSI will provide specialized monitoring products that operate in concert with certain imaging systems. The initial stages of this program involve the exchange of proprietary technology and as such are under a confidentiality agreement.
