LEXINGTON, Mass. -- Critical Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRTX), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative products for respiratory, inflammatory and critical care diseases will provide a live webcast of its 2007 Analyst Day presentations on Tuesday, September 25 from the Four Seasons Hotel in New York. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. ET and run approximately four hours.

Critical Therapeutics' Analyst Day will feature a panel session with three leading respiratory physicians, as well as presentations from members of the Company's management team.
