Critical Telecom Announces Global Agreement with Leading Telecom Supplier.

Critical Telecom Corp. today announced a definitive, multi-year global agreement with Ericsson, under which Ericsson will integrate Critical Telecom's GEmini(TM) Remote Ethernet DSLAM into its global Ethernet DSL Access (EDA) broadband portfolio to help service providers deliver such new generation broadband access services as IPTV.
