(NASDAQ:YHOO), to become a technology solution provider for Corporate Yahoo!(TM) (http://corporate.yahoo.com), a customized enterprise information portal solution based on the widely adopted My Yahoo! (http://my.yahoo.com) interface.

With Critical Path's enterprise products, customers of Corporate Yahoo! can easily and efficiently integrate solutions including InLine(TM) Resource Management, InSchedule(TM) Calendaring, InScribe(TM) Email Messaging and InScribe(TM) Secure File Services.
