Critical Path to Announce First Quarter 2005 Financial Results; Conference Call Scheduled for May 9, 2005 at 5:30 PM EDT.

Financial results will be discussed on the Company's quarterly conference call, currently scheduled for 5:30 PM Eastern time, Monday, May 9.

The conference call is scheduled to last up to one hour.
