Critical Path, Inc., (Nasdaq:CPTH), a global leader in messaging and directory infrastructure, today announced its partnership with DataOne (Asia) Pte Ltd (DataOne Asia), a leading Asian Internet Data Center (IDC) service provider. This partnership combines Critical Path's messaging and directory infrastructure with DataOne Asia's reach in Asia to provide hosted messaging solutions to the high potential markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. Malaysian-based EIX Solutions will act as the prime distributor for joint DataOne Asia-Critical Path co-branded services.

This partnership marks the launching of mailSuite, a hosted DataOne Asia email solution that leverages Critical Path's secure, reliable messaging technology and will enable businesses throughout Asia to receive the benefits of email without the need for heavy investment in infrastructure or the technical expertise required to set up and maintain a messaging system in-house. As part of its value-added services, DataOne Asia will provide SSL support, digital certificates and regular infrastructure upgrades to ensure overall reliability and a high service availability uptime.
