Critical Path Reports SEC Ends Its Investigation of the Company With No Fines Against the Company.

Critical Path Inc., (Nasdaq:CPTH) said today that, as part of a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commission has concluded its investigation of the company with respect to the company's involvement in events leading to a 2001 restatement Restatement
