Under the terms of the partnership, the two companies will closely integrate Critical Path's CP(TM) Directory Server with Netegrity's SiteMinder(R) platform, enabling companies to consolidate the identities of employees, partners and customers into a secure, scalable repository, and automatically create access rights across extranets, applications and databases.

CP Directory Server provides SiteMinder with a scalable, high performance, distributed directory infrastructure that helps provide authentication, authorization and access control rights for customers, partners, suppliers and employees.
