Under the terms of the partnership, the two companies will closely integrate Critical Path's CP(TM) Directory Server with Netegrity's SiteMinder(R) platform, enabling companies to consolidate the identities of employees, partners and customers into a secure, scalable repository (1) A database of information about applications software that includes author, data elements, inputs, processes, outputs and interrelationships.
