These services allow a customer to maintain a single Internet persona regardless of whether they communicate using Web-based mail, mobile phone, pager or any other Internet appliance.

Through strategic relationships, Critical Path will deliver a global wireless communications infrastructure that can dynamically negotiate with the client device in order to determine how a message should be structured, filtered, truncated, forwarded and stored. Critical Path will enable two-way access to email allowing customers to completely manage their email inbox from mobile devices, including forwarding, deleting, replying and creating Internet messages.
