Critical Path Inc. (Nasdaq:CPTH), the dominant global provider of business-to-business Internet messaging and collaboration solutions, today announced the successful completion of the acquisition of RemarQ Inc.

This acquisition further expands Critical Path's allsource strategy through the addition of collaboration and communications applications that support Internet business. Critical Path announced a definitive acquisition agreement to acquire RemarQ on January 31, 2000.

Critical Path's allsourcing strategy empowers customers with increased functionality, flexibility and choice through an integrated suite of Internet messaging and collaboration solutions that can be insourced, midsourced or outsourced.
