Critical Path Offers Sprint's Business IP Services Group Integrated

POP3, IMAP, and LDAP Web-based Email Services

Critical Path, Inc., a leading provider of business-to-business email service solutions for Internet service providers (ISPs), Web hosting companies, Web portals, and corporations, today announced an agreement with Sprint Communications Corp. (NYSE: FON) to provide POP3 and Web-based email services to Sprint's IP business customers.

A dedicated Sprint sales team will offer Critical Path's email services as part of a bundle which includes Sprint's dedicated access, network management, and CPE.

Under the terms of the agreement, Critical Path will provide Sprint's IP customers with a full range of messaging services, including: -0-

--   Ability to access email anytime, anywhere via the Internet.
--   Sprint and key Sprint customers can "re-brand" the Web interface
     to match their company's look and feel.
--   Easy administration of email accounts online which is controlled
     by the customer.
--   Easy and secure access to email without having to download
     software or configure the system.
--   LDAP enabled directory services, used to offer corporate email
     directory services for all users of the service.
--   Comprehensive spam blocking.
