As the Branch Chief for the Eastern Division, State and Local Operations Directorate, at ODP Mr. Dozier was responsible for ensuring that state and local governments had the appropriate strategic plans and that state and local responders received the proper training in WMD preparedness. His responsibilities included evaluating the risks faced by each state or municipality, developing a program to target those needs and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program.
