Cristal Global Announces TiO2 Price Increases.


JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA & HUNT VALLEY, Md. -- Cristal Global (Cristal) announced today that it will increase prices on all of its anatase an·a·tase  
n.
A rare blue or light yellow to brown crystalline mineral, the rarest of three forms of titanium dioxide, TiO2, used as a pigment, especially in paint.
 and rutile rutile, mineral, one of three forms of titanium dioxide (TiO2; see titanium). It occurs in crystals, often in twins or rosettes, and is typically brownish red, although there are black varieties.  Tiona[R] and Cristal titanium dioxide (TiO2) products sold in Asia Pacific, by US $150 per metric tonne effective December 1, 2009, or as permitted by contract.

These increases are in addition to the previous announcements of June 17 and August 24, 2009.
