At present, they are just two varieties - Continental and Provence. These Crispy Croques are fully baked and can be reheated in just ten minutes in an oven, or in seconds in a microwave. One Croque can be divided into ten portions or even 18 for use as a starter of light meal.

These Crispy Croques are being distributed in branded form under registered trade mark this includes a distinctive Claude the Croque logo, which feature on any future point-of-service material.
