Criminal danger.


THE Scottish government The Scottish Government (SG) (Scottish Gaelic: Riaghaltas na h-Alba) is the executive arm of government of Scotland. It was established in 1999 as the Scottish Executive  were accused yesterday of releasing dangerous criminals to ease overcrowding overcrowding

overcrowding of animal accommodation. Many countries now publish codes of practice which define what the appropriate volumetric allowances should be for each species of animal when they are housed indoors. Breaches of these codes is overcrowding.
 - only to see huge numbers being hauled back to jail.

Figures released under freedom of information laws show 177 inmates who were granted early release have been rejailed this year.

Labour's Richard Baker said: "This huge swell in the number of offenders being recalled suggests that people who are still a danger to the public are being released simply to free up space.

"The justice system is in meltdown under Kenny MacAskill."
