Huddersfield Rural Crime Prevention Panel meets on the third Tuesday of every other month. It promotes crime prevention in the Holmfirth, Meltham and Emley areas. It also raises money for crime prevention projects, including buying a bike for a rural police community support officer. The group is holding a fundraising event tomorrow, when it will be selling crime prevention products at the Crossroads Centre The Crossroads Centre is a drug and alcohol addiction rehabilitation centre located on the Caribbean island of Antigua. The centre was founded by guitarist Eric Clapton. Celebrities The Crossroads Centre has had several celebrity patients. on Holmfirth Road in Meltham from 10am to 12.30pm. A panel member will also be there to talk about its work. |
