FREDDIE FLINTOFF loves listening to a few old crooners on his stereo but at Old Trafford Old Trafford commonly refers to two sporting arenas:
  • Old Trafford (football ground), home of Manchester United F.C.
  • Old Trafford (cricket ground), home of Lancashire County Cricket Club.
it was Steve Harmison Stephen James Harmison MBE (born 23 October 1978, Ashington, Northumberland) is an England cricketer, and a leading Test match fast bowler. He plays county cricket for Durham. With his height (6'4") he can extract pace and bounce from most pitches.  who was borrowing a tip from Frank Sinatra's classic.

Harmison hit some right notes in the West Indies second innings and said: "I did it my way." And after tasting his first-series win as coach, Peter Moores heaped praise on Harmison for getting through his self-doubt.

The two crucial wickets he claimed on Monday were his just rewards and he said: "It is often hard because you can't see what is going on in people's heads and there are so many other people giving you advice.

"People say you've got to relax and it will come easy or just take your time and be natural. But you think 'well that's easy for you to say - it's not you bowling'.

"It was difficult and luckily I've got some experience to fall back on. I was in that position on Friday and I was battling with myself as much as anything else.

"You are your own best coach. I've got to work it out myself as well as people helping me."

And Moores said: "In the second innings he was fantastic. He has started to get some real belief and the way he bowled was a real positive."
